The reason why buyers need to be ready is because new listings are going on and off the market in as little as 48 hours recently. We had a broker this past week list a 2 bedroom property in New Castle and it was under contract in less than 2 days.
Sellers be ready. Just the opposite of what I just spoke about but still equally true. Sellers need to understand that Glenwood Springs real estate is hot right now and if they list their property at a competitive market price, it is more than likely going to move quick. This of course depends on a professional real estate agent properly marketing and distributing the property listing upon receiving a listing agreement to get the seller the best exposure possible.
